Awesome Products Today is a small, local business run by Ken Veseli in West Islip, NY. This page explains, in plain English, what happens to the information you share through awesomeproductstoday.com.

What we collect

• Call-back and contact forms: your name, town, email, phone number, what you need help with, the visit type you prefer, and any notes you add.
• Tips sign-up: if you tick the box, we note that you'd like occasional family tech tips by email.
• Booking a time: the "See open times" button opens Google's booking page. What you enter there is handled by Google under Google's privacy policy and sent to Ken's calendar.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information. The site doesn't set cookies for visitors.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule your visit and follow up afterward.
• To send tips, only if you asked for them. Every email lets you unsubscribe.

Please never include passwords in a form. During a visit, you type your own passwords and we don't write them down or keep them.

Where it's stored

Form messages are stored by our website host, Netlify, and emailed to Ken. We keep them only as long as we need them to help you, and we delete them when you ask.

Children

Our services are booked by adults. This website isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you've sent us, or to stop tips, email hello@awesomeproductstoday.com or send a call-back request, and we'll take care of it.

Paperless Parents

Paperless Parents is a separate app with its own privacy policy.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
